Cause of Death Revealed for Fitness Icon Richard Simmons Featured

We have some closure in the case of the late fitness guru Richard Simmons. On July 13th, Simmons was found by his longtime housekeeper, a day after celebrating his 76th birthday. Reports suggested that he had suffered a fall in his home the day before. The LAPD concluded that there was no foul play involved, but the cause of death had not been determined until now. According to Simmons' brother, Lenny, the Los Angeles coroner's office determined that Richard's death at the age of 76 was caused by a mix of complications from recent falls and heart disease. The toxicology report came back negative, aside from the medication Richard had been prescribed. Lenny Simmons expressed his gratitude to all the fans for their outpouring of love and support during this difficult time. Richard Simmons' legacy as a fitness icon and his impact on the lives of many will never be forgotten.
